AI Officer (m/f/d)

(Full-time; 38.5 hours/week)
Your Responsibilities:

IT Operations & Administration

• Administer and maintain on-premises and cloud-based IT systems

• Manage user accounts, devices, access rights, and endpoints

• Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support

Microsoft Environment Administration

• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)

• Manage endpoint security and device policies via Microsoft Intune

• Support Windows client and server environments

• Implement and maintain identity, access, and conditional access policies

Information Security

• Help implement and enforce information security policies, standards, and procedures

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security incidents

• Conduct risk assessments and support compliance initiatives (eg ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, GDPR)

• Manage vulnerability handling, patch management, and security awareness measures

AI & Emerging Technologies

• Support the evaluation, secure deployment, and governance of AI-based tools and services

• Ensure responsible and compliant use of AI solutions, including data protection and access control

• Collaborate with business units to identify AI use cases and automation opportunities

• Monitor technological trends in AI, cybersecurity, and cloud services

• Collaborate with Data protection Department and external DPO to also consult internal departments

Documentation & Governance

• Maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and security concepts

• Support audits, internal controls, and management reporting

• Contribute to IT strategy, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives

Your Profile:

• Experience with AI frameworks and regulations

• Experience with AI tools, automation, or data-driven systems

• Experience with 365 and Cloud environments

• Experience in Microsoft Server Administration

• Structured and security-oriented working style

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new technologies

• High level of integrity and responsibility when handling sensitive data
