Your Daily Tasks

• Review and analyze video content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.

• Identify and remove content that violates terms of use or poses safety risks.

• Assess flagged content with accuracy, empathy, and attention to cultural context.

• Maintain high productivity and quality standards in all moderation tasks.

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflow and policy understanding.

• Stay up to date with the latest platform updates and policy changes.

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1 or higher) and B2 English.

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence card (visa sponsorship not available).

• Willingness to relocate to Portugal and start as soon as possible.

• Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience.

• Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is an advantage, but not mandatory — full training is provided.
