Project Manager (f/m/d)
- Analyze the current state, monitor financial and operational KPIs to measure process effectiveness, and recommend actions to achieve defined targets.
- You are responsible for the planning and implementation of a wide range of projects, including project leadership and budget management.
- Assemble cross-functional project teams, coordinate resources, and act as the interface between internal stakeholders and external service providers.
- Share and implement best-practice approaches across our production sites and support local project teams.
- Successfully completed degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Initial professional experience in project management or process management within a manufacturing environment, ideally complemented by knowledge of agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Fluent English skills for effective collaboration with all project stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, affinity for working with numbers, and advanced Excel competencies.
- Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to effectively visualize ideas.
- Independent, structured, and proactive working style.
- Willingness to travel regularly between our production sites.
