Our client operates a specialized hospital for psychiatry and psychotherapy with over 150 beds, as well as 3 day clinics and 3 psychiatric outpatient clinics in the surrounding counties.

Psychological Psychotherapists (m/f/d)
to head an acute psychiatric unit
Part-time or full-time, permanent position
Your Responsibilities

• Independent and autonomous management of an acute psychiatric unit, equivalent to the role of a senior resident
• You will lead, manage, supervise, and organize the ward team, which consists of doctors, psychologists, nursing staff, social workers, physical therapists, and occupational therapists
• For the somatomedical and pharmacological treatment of your patients, you will collaborate with a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Helping to shape the clinic’s entire range of psychiatric and psychotherapeutic services, even beyond one’s own ward

Your Profile

• Licensed as a psychological psychotherapist, ideally with extensive clinical experience and, preferably, additional psychotherapy qualifications
• Willingness to make a significant commitment-including a personal one-to this leadership position
• Communication and collaboration skills; enthusiasm for advancing clinical practice
• Openness to spontaneous and pragmatic solutions in urgent situations
