Aea Manager - Fashion Retail (Northwest Germany)

Your Responsibilities:
- Sales- and target-driven management of approximately 30 stores in the northwestern region of Germany
- Leadership, coaching, and development of Store Managers
- Ongoing monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying weaknesses and implementing measures to boost revenue and profitability
- Ensuring consistent execution of the company strategy and corporate guidelines
- Close collaboration with departments such as HR, Training, and Visual Merchandising
- Regular store visits to ensure operational excellence and team support
- Leading by example in delivering world-class customer service and customer-centricity
Your Profile
- Successfully completed university degree or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Solid background in fashion retail with proven leadership experience in a similar role
- Strong affinity for the fashion industry and an enthusiastic mindset
- Entrepreneurial thinking paired with excellent communication skills
- High willingness to travel
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
