JR-0018839 Job Profile: Project procurement for buildings, infrastructure, and production facilities Implementation of the procurement strategy and active participation in its further development through structuring and expanding the supplier portfolio Participation in early project phases to identify and structure suitable procurement packages Coordination and execution of tenders, including preparation of documents, bid evaluation, and supplier selection Negotiation of commercial and contractual terms Preparation of purchase orders and contracts, and monitoring of proper implementation Ensuring compliance with all procurement processes (e.g., gate processes, due diligence, risk management, supplier evaluation) Responsibility for supplier performance indicators (OQOTOC – On Quality, On Time, On Cost) Initiation and management of cost and risk reduction measures Management) Personal Requirements: Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration Independent work style, coordination and integration skills, assertiveness Ability to integrate into a team High level of responsibility, resilience, and organizational talent Occasional business travel Professional Education : Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Comparable qualification, at least a Bachelor's degree Professional Experience: Over 3 years in Construction Over 3 years in Planning/Material Procurement, Purchasing, or Operational and Strategic Procurement Over 3 years in Process Planning, Contract Management Over 3 years in Construction/Building Law experience is mandatory! IT Proficient in MS Office. Knowledge of detailed functions Basic SAP knowledge Language Skills: Fluent in German and English.
