About the Role

As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide high-quality customer support in German, helping customers resolve their inquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You'll work in a collaborative international environment where communication, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction are key priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet quality and performance targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Native or near-native German (at least C1f).
• Fluent English.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Working Schedule
