Project Manager (m/f/d) Production and Network Control

In this key position, you will make a significant contribution to ensuring the operational readiness of modern land systems through a highly efficient, strategically oriented production and logistics chain in the international defense context.

Your tasks

• They are responsible for regularly reporting to project managers and department heads regarding the material situation, production progress and finished products.

• They coordinate the preparation of offers for the integration and testing components, create production concepts, and control the production process planning.

• They define project- and line-related value chains both internally and externally and plan the optimal production facilities, storage areas, testing sites and operating resources.

• They are responsible for network management, communicate the overall picture of major projects, and win over, motivate, and productively integrate external partners into the value chain.

• They control the order planning of the projects and act as a central interface for the entire operational supply chain from procurement to delivery.

• They actively participate in the creation of material-related quantity frameworks.

Your profile

• They have a completed technical degree, training as a state-certified technician with many years of relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification.

• They bring several years of sound experience in production control or technical project management in high-tech or defense environments.

• They possess extensive practical knowledge of SAP R/3 as well as practical knowledge of MS Office tools and the requirements management tool DOORS.

• They are characterized by analytical skills, strong communication skills, and fluent English skills, both written and spoken.

• Your profile is rounded off by a willingness to travel worldwide to support international partners and production sites.
