Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented C# Developer (f/m/d) who will maintain and enhance our client applications with WPF expertise. At the same time, we are decisively looking forward: we want to realize new, exciting developments and innovative modules together with you in modern web frameworks such as Blazor.

• As a key member of our agile team, you will take responsibility for the maintenance, optimization, and further development of our core WPF-based client applications. These applications form part of a sophisticated client/server solution, with a Java/Spring Boot backend providing a robust foundation for client-side innovations in the field of microbial identification.
• You will be involved throughout the entire product lifecycle, including requirements specification, conceptual design, technology decisions, implementation, and quality assurance.
• You will collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team, ensuring seamless communication and effective teamwork.
• You will have the opportunity to directly influence the final product with your expertise and ideas.

Qualifications

• You have a degree in computer science or equivalent knowledge and skills.
• You have strong expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• You have practical experience with the WPF framework.
• You have experience with Blazor (Blazor Server and/or Blazor WebAssembly), or you have a strong motivation and ability to quickly acquire in-depth knowledge of Blazor to lead new projects using this technology.
• Experience with Java/Spring Boot is an advantage, as it helps in understanding the interaction with our server-side systems and offers potential for full-stack contributions.
• You have very good German and good English language skills.
