Your challenges

• Preparation of offers for our existing and prospective customers
• Close cooperation with the sales force and our development and consulting teams
• Continuous optimization of our offer preparation (article master data, texts, processes, etc.) in coordination with the sales management
• Clarification of contractual content directly with our customers
• Creation of order confirmations and support / preparation of order processing
• Maintenance of the internal billing and CRM system, work with our ticket system (Jira from Atlassian)
• Support in the preparation of project, monthly and transaction invoices
• Supporting the sales force by following up on quotations, arranging appointments etc. as well as with internal projects (maintenance of master data / statistics, preparation of sales campaigns etc.)

Your profile

• Relevant professional experience - preferably in the IT and / or logistics sector
• Experience with various ERP / CRM systems and ticket systems
• Interest in new topics in logistics and IT
• Enjoy familiarizing yourself with complex products/services and communicating with customers
• Reliable and meticulous way of working
• High level of commitment, teamwork and communication skills
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
