Your tasks

• As part of your role, you will be responsible for managing lettings and tenancies relating to the Vollers Group’s buildings and warehouse space at the Bremen (Überseestadt) site, as well as a property at our Hamburg site.
• In doing so, you will manage and monitor the relevant tenancy and service agreements and act as the point of contact for tenants, landlords and the respective service providers.
• You will be responsible for organising the preparation and review of service charge statements. The focus here is on invoicing for property tax, insurance and gas/water/electricity bills, as well as allocating these costs to tenants in accordance with the apportionment method.
• You will address tenants’ enquiries on a wide range of topics relating to tenancies (e.g. contracts, maintenance and repairs) and oversee the implementation of the resulting measures. This will be carried out in collaboration with our workshop team, the technical building management team and external service providers.
• There is also the opportunity to contribute to the organisation and implementation of property projects and to support the technical building management team in this regard.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a training programme as a property sales assistant or a comparable commercial apprenticeship. Relevant further training, e.g. to become a property management specialist, would be an advantage.
• You stand out thanks to your professional experience in a comparable field and impress with your goal-oriented, structured, independent and solution-focused approach.
• You are characterised by your hands-on approach and your ability to keep your eyes on the prize even in hectic situations.
• You have a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Your customer-focused attitude, strong verbal and written communication skills, and confident manner round off your profile.
