• Ensure that all personnel working in your area of responsibility (including contractors) are competent to carry out their work and are aware of all EHS-related information
• Guarantee that work is carried out in accordance with all required documentation and permits
• Responsible for ensuring that EHS standards, procedures and plans are implemented to create a zero harm environment
• Support and contribute to EHS matters in the various planning meetings during the project planning phase
• Establish full compliance with lean work processes
• Ensure correct allocation of registered working hours for teams

The profile of requirements

• Completed technical education and further training as a state-certified technician / master craftsman or completed studies
• Experience in the energy sector desirable
• GWO training desirable
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of typical installation technology tasks
• Good comprehension skills
• Knowledge of the English language is required
• Driving license class B
• Willingness to travel within Germany
