Our client operates a specialized hospital for psychiatry and psychotherapy with over 150 beds, as well as 3 day clinics and 3 psychiatric outpatient clinics in the surrounding counties.

Senior Attending Physician in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Senior Physician Leadership and Supervision of the Inpatient Clinic
• Representation and Networking
• Quality Assurance and Further Development of Treatment Approaches
• Participation in the on-call rotation
• Guidance and supervision of the training and continuing education of resident physicians (m/f/d) and psychologists (m/f/d)
• Contributing to the conceptual development of the clinic
• Acting on behalf of the Chief Physician in the inpatient unit during his or her absence

Your Profile

• Board-Certified Specialist (m/f/d) in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
• Leadership skills combined with a strong commitment to clinical practice
• A sense of responsibility, as well as the ability to work in a team and integrate with others
• A high level of commitment and a passion for taking on leadership responsibilities
• Previous experience in geriatric psychiatry is desirable but not required
• Independent and structured approach to work
• Participation in the design and implementation of new structures and modern treatment methods
• Proof of a complete measles vaccination is required
