Your Skills

• Enjoyment of customer contact, communication skills & a high degree of empathy
• Customer orientation, a strong service mentality & reliability
• Very good written and spoken German language skills (C1 or C2 level)
• Ideally, initial experience in the call center sector or motivated career changer (gn*)
• Interest & willingness to familiarize yourself with the field of home emergency calls
• Solution-oriented & conscientious way of working and thinking
• Basic knowledge and experience in working on a PC
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment
