IT Asset & Process Specialist (all genders)

Your future tasks:
Ensure cost control, transparency and audit compliance through clear ownership of IT asset management and by helping to set up and maintain standardized IT processes.

• Own and maintain IT asset management and ensure lifecycle tracking and accurate documentation
• Manage software licenses, cloud resources and hardware assets and ensure usage optimization and alignment with cost accounting standards
• Define and help to enforce standardized operational IT processes across global support, workplace, infrastructure and application services
• Drive continuous process improvement through KPI-based governance, lessons learned and alignment with business needs
• Ensure audit readiness and (license) compliance for IT assets and operational IT processes
• Maintain and update the hardware and software inventory, including lifecycle tracking
• Monitor and ensure software license compliance and usage optimization and coordinate requirements, replacements and disposal of IT assets
• Develop, implement and maintain IT process documentation and standard operating procedures
• Define, track and report KPIs related to IT services and asset utilization
• Identify and drive opportunities for process standardization, automation and efficiency improvements
• Support internal and external audit activities

Your profile

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
• Relevant professional experience (3-5 years) in IT asset and license management, IT service management processes, governance and compliance
• ITIL certification
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
