Solutions Architect (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

The Microsoft Power Platform is a central component of our digitalization strategy. It enables us to efficiently automate business processes, provide innovative low-code solutions, and make targeted use of AI.
To build, further develop, and ensure the stable operation of this platform, we are looking for an experienced individual who combines technological expertise with architectural and governance skills. In this role, you will strategically design the Power Platform, support our departments in their digitalization efforts, and ensure a secure, future-proof, and efficient platform landscape.
You will work at the interface between IT, departments, and external partners, take responsibility for end-to-end solutions, and introduce new technologies into the organization in a targeted manner.

Tasks

• Developing holistic architecture and governance concepts for solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio)
• Responsibility for the entire lifecycle of Power Platform solutions, from requirements gathering and architecture planning to technical implementation and quality assurance
• Configuration and administration of the Power Platform and empowerment of the support team for 1st and 2nd level support
• Ensuring platform and data security and protection against unauthorized access and data leakage
• Design and implementation of integration scenarios with Microsoft 365, in particular Teams and SharePoint, as well as with third-party systems, always tailored to the respective customer requirements
• Support for internal departments in the digitalization and optimization of business processes through the targeted use of low-code/no-code and AI solutions
• Continuous monitoring of technological developments related to the Power Platform and AI, as well as assessment of their maturity and relevance for OHB
• Selection, management, and technical leadership of external service providers in the Power Platform environment

Your Qualifications

Must Haves:

• Degree in (business) computer science, information technology, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the architecture, design, and implementation of solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform
• In-depth understanding of Power Platform components, Dataverse, security models, licensing models, and application design
• In-depth knowledge of integration with Microsoft 365, Azure (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps), and external systems (via APIs and connectors)
• Very good understanding of technology and strong conceptual skills in the development of scalable and maintainable solutions
• Ability to communicate technical issues in understandable language, e.g., in live online training sessions
• Strong sense of personal responsibility, strategic thinking, and high quality standards
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of other no-code or low-code platforms or good market overview
• Knowledge of an object-oriented programming language and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an advantage
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect) and PL-400 (Power Platform Developer)
