Information Security Officer (all genders)

Your future tasks:

• Define and manage the organization’s IT and OT security strategy, policies and frameworks in alignment with business, regulatory and risk requirements
• Own and continuously improve the Information Security Management System (ISMS) ensuring alignment with NIS2, KRITIS and other applicable standards
• Establish and enforce security governance across all IT and OT services and ensure alignment with involved staff, external service providers and integration with ITSM processes
• Lead enterprise-wide IT and OT risk management by conducting risk assessments, defining mitigation strategies and ensuring accountability across business and IT
• Function as primary interface for audits, regulators and compliance activities and ensure audit readiness and remediation tracking
• Define and oversee incident response processes, including escalation models, reporting and coordination with SOC and IT and OT teams
• Drive security awareness, culture and compliance across the organization
• Coordinate external security providers and services, ensuring performance, compliance and continuous improvement
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards and ISMS documentation
• Conduct risk assessments in IT and OT and ensure tracking and implementation of mitigation measures
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage security incident management, including escalation, reporting and post-incident reviews
• Monitor compliance with security standards and drive remediation actions across IT and business
• Drive security awareness programs, training and communication initiatives

Your profile

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Relevant professional experience (+10 years) in IT and OT Security, Governance, Risk Management, ISMS Management, Regulatory Compliance and Security Operations
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
