Your Daily Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize advertising campaigns for clients across Search, Display, Mobile, and Video platforms.

• Build and maintain keyword packs, set bids, and suggest budgets to maximize campaign performance.

• Analyse campaign and account-level data to identify trends and opportunities.

• Create reports and actionable insights to support optimization strategies.

• Collaborate closely with internal marketing and account teams to ensure client success.

• Provide expert guidance and excellent service to clients, helping them achieve their business goals.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance performance, and drive innovation.

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English (B2+).

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google Ads or similar digital marketing campaigns.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residence card (no visa sponsorship).

• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon and start as soon as possible.

• Passion for digital marketing, optimization, and delivering high-quality results.
